40-FT FRIDGE UPDATE

We're presently erecting a fence around the site for the compressors.  Because our building was built in 1888, we can't place them on the roof, as is the usual practice.  Then we have to dig a 105ft trench for the electric cable, plus pay $900 for the wire itself, plus the electrician's charge.  Once the wiring is in the ground, the electrician has to install a new 400 amp board.  When that's all done, then the plumber has to connect a drain.  Finally the licensed mechanical engineers will install everything and get it all running.  Our target date it May 1st.

UPDATE:  The fridge/freezer installation passed all inspections and became operational Tuesday April 23rd, ahead of target.  The mechanical engineers have had to come beck once already to tweak things, and they'll gave to come out again, but basically it's all done.  In fact, we've already run out of space in the fridge section and are at 85% capacity in the freezer.
